- Payment Obligations

- Delivery and Risk Transfer
- The seller is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond their control. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified location or carrier, whichever occurs first.
- Returns and Refund Policy
- Goods are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed by the seller in writing. Any agreed returns are subject to inspection and may incur a restocking fee of [X]%. Custom or special-order items are strictly non-refundable.
